Application forms (PSC Form 3 – Revised 2008 and ESC Form No.3 Revised 1998) are obtainable from the Secretary, District Service Commission, Bugiri and the Ministry of Public Service website (www.publicservice.go.ug). Applicants should attach 3 recent passport size photographs, Photocopies of the National Identity Card, only certified academic certificates & transcripts. The reference number for the post applied for must be indicated on the application form.
