The Business Intelligence Analyst will primarily be responsible for leveraging expertise in analytics, modeling, and AI, alongside a strong understanding of the business, to identify and implement opportunities that enhance operations and improve the customer journey. Additionally, the role involves monitoring company performance and the broader business environment, translating data related to customers, channels, competitors, and macroeconomic trends into accurate, actionable strategic insights.
