The IT officer will be responsible for supporting networks, databases and systems, updating system hardware and software, troubleshooting for system errors, and assisting team members in supporting all data security and optimization.

The Agricultural Mechanisation and Technical Specialist will lead the promotion, deployment, and capacity building around labor-saving, gender-responsive agricultural technologies, mechanization services, irrigation systems, post-harvest equipment, and digital advisory tools to enhance productivity, climate resilience, and decent work opportunities for young women under the ASTYE Programme.

The MEAL Coordinator role for ASTYE is a strategic position based in Fort Portal, Uganda, responsible for overseeing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning systems for the programme. The MEAL Coordinator will design and implement a comprehensive MEAL strategy, review/develop results frameworks and monitoring plans, establish management information systems and ensure quality data collection and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies including outcome harvesting and systems change measurement.

The role requires leading all aspects of MEAL implementation including conducting baselines and evaluations, managing databases, ensuring accountability through community feedback mechanisms, and facilitating organizational learning through regular events and high-quality communication materials. The coordinator will provide capacity building and technical support to GOAL and partner teams, manage the MEAL team and budget, conduct field visits for quality assurance, and ensure all data management complies with protection and compliance measures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools, and excellent team management and communication skills.

Global Assurance (GA) is part of Relief International’s governance framework and has been established to provide independent and objective assurance and advisory services, to assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance processes.The role of the Global Assurance Coordinator is key in supporting RI’s global assurance and compliance function by ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and reporting across RI international operations.

The role supports the Global Assurance Manager by coordinating projects, managing data and documentation, and strengthening organizational systems to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities.

• Coordinate global assurance, audit, and compliance activities across countries, teams, and external auditors.

The Spread Superintendent is responsible for overall field management & pipeline supervision of the day-to-day construction activities of the EPcmC staff & CONTRACTORs. They will ensure work is carried out using safe working practices and is completed in accordance with the project codes, standards, drawings, and specifications. The spread Superintendent will be responsible for supervision of the pipeline ROW preparation and access, stringing, stacking and general pipeline construction activities.

The PROPEL Africa Project (Pathways to Resilience, Opportunities, Professional Employment and Learning) aims to address the persistent challenge of youth unemployment and underemployment in Liberia, Senegal, Tanzania and Uganda. Currently, young people encounter systemic barriers to securing dignified employment, arising from misalignments between skills development and labour market needs, and inadequate access to financial resources. Implemented by JA Africa and Mercy Corps, PROPEL responds to these challenges through a dual approach: equipping underserved youth aged 15–30 with relevant, demand-driven business, employability and life skills, while simultaneously improving the way the labour market works for young people

Reporting to the Head of Disability Inclusion Advisory Unit, the Disability Inclusion Advisor promotes and facilitates disability inclusive practices amongst civil society, public and private actors within the We Can Work Programme.

The Disability Inclusion Advisor (DIA)

• Provides country-level technical support and coordination for disability inclusion in agrifood systems within the We Can Work program.
• Provides technical disability inclusion support to Young Africa Works (YAW) agrifood partners to ensure meaningful access for young women and men with disabilities in their programs
• Collaborates with the Regional Inclusive Agrifood Systems Advisor for technical backstopping
• Works through, and with, a pool of Disability Inclusion Facilitators (DIFs)
• Ensures high-quality implementation of disability-inclusive practices in agrifood systems across all three pillars

The DIA is expected to be a strong ambassador for disability inclusion in agrifood systems, a hands-on facilitator, and an effective communicator capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Networking & Partnerships

• Represent We Can Work in national agrifood networks, local platforms, and government or private-sector forums.
• Build and strengthen relationships with YAW agrifood partners, private agrifood companies, agricultural training institutions, and OPDs.
• Facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue for inclusive agrifood systems solutions at the country level.

2. Advising, Training & Capacity Building

• Provide hands-on technical support, coaching, and mentoring to DIFs and partner organizations on disability-inclusive agrifood systems.
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of agrifood Disability Inclusion Action Plans (DIAPs) for country agrifood programs.
• Deliver training workshops, learning sessions, and working groups on disability inclusion in agrifood systems.
• Tailor advisory support to the contextual needs of organizations, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and value chain actors.

3. Disability Inclusion Facilitator (DIF) Pool Management

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of DIFs with agrifood inclusion responsibilities.
• Provide continuous technical accompaniment to ensure quality and consistency in DIF-led training and advisory services.
• Organize refresher trainings and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

4. Training Material & Tool Development

• Contribute to co-creation and human-centred design processes to develop agrifood disability inclusion materials.
• Adapt training manuals, tools, and resources for national agrifood actors.
• Identify gaps in materials and propose new tools to strengthen learning and adoption.

5. Knowledge & Information Management

• Document lessons learned, outcomes, stories of change, and best practices from agrifood inclusion initiatives.
• Support data collection and analysis for agrifood-related interventions to inform adaptive management.
• Share insights with country teams and the Regional DI Agrifood Advisor to promote cross-learning.
